Returns

Please email our team at contact@sassysorority.co.uk to submit a return. You must provide your order number and confirmation of address. Please provide a brief description of the reason for returning.

Return & Refund Policy

To receive a refund for your order, you must return the item to us within 14 days of purchase at your own expense using an established delivery service. Please retain a proof of postage receipt. The item must show no signs of wear or damage. 

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If an item was delivered to you damaged, please include photo evidence of this in your return email and we will be glad to assist you in refunding the item or sending you a replacement.
